宇徳敬子
宇徳敬子 (Utoku Keiko), born April 7, 1967, is a Japanese singer and songwriter.
As a child, Utoku listened to a lot of music, including songs by Momoe Yamaguchi, but later she also got stuck on artists like The Carpenters or Simon & Garfunkel, whom she heard from the radio.
Before starting as a solo artist in 1992, she was a member of the band Mi-Ke.
Besides her solo career, she is also doing background vocals for other artists.
"Sonic The Hedgehog" fans might remember her vocal work for the opening and ending theme songs, featured in the Japanese and European version of SEGA's "Sonic CD" - "Sonic - You Can Do Anything" and "Cosmic Eternity - Believe In Yourself".
