Брюссель
In 2011 Svjatoslav Vakarchuk (Святослав Вакарчук), the frontman of Okean Elzy («Океан Ельзи»), initiated a brand new music project called "Brussels" («Брюссель»)
Album of the same name was recorded in august, 2011 in Brussels (Belgium) in the ICP Recording Studios. The album consists of 12 compositions, recorded in Ukrainian and English. The name was depicted because of the the city where it was recorded and the spendid results of the creative work done.
Without any exaggerations, ones of the best Ukrainian musicians were invited to join the project:
• Sergiy Babkin (Сергій Бабкін) - flute, guitar, vocals
• Dmytro Shurov (Дмитро Шуров) - piano, electropiano, electroorgans, glockenspiel (ex-member of Okean Elzy; lately works on the project Pianoboy)
• Max Malyshev (Макс Малишев) - drums, percussion
• Petro Chernjavskyi (Петро Чернявський) - guitar, bass (member of Okean Elzy)
The album was produced by Milosh Elich (Мілош Єліч) and Petro Cherniavskyi (Петро Чернявський) Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
