Adam WarRock is the hip-hop pseudonym of American podcaster and writer Eugene Ahn. Having quit a full-time job as an attorney to follow his dream of making music, Adam WarRock is now widely known as the Internet’s foremost comic book nerdcore rapper. He has gained a following through his tireless song production, biting sense of humor, and sharp eye for geek and pop cultural topics to skewer in hip hop form. First gaining widespread attention for his debut single, “Ira Glass,” Adam WarRock went on to release his debut album, The War For Infinity, in the Fall of 2010. In its debut week, the album reached the #3 best-selling album on Bandcamp.com, as well as a featured spot on the iTunes’ hip hop and rap genre frontpage.
Adam continues to perform live at comic conventions and concerts, and now works full-time as a hip hop emcee. He is the embodiment of Do-It-Yourself creative art, having started from scratch and built a music career completely independently.
