Burning Saviours' 1970's vintage sounded proto-doom is guided by the names like Pentagram, Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin. Their self titled debut album was released in 2005 followed by Hundus a year later. Their third and final album Nymphs & Weavers came out in 2007; the band split up in 2008.
On August 1, 2010 frontman/founder Mikael Monks announced the reunion of Burning Saviours. Since then, Jonas Hartikainen has replaced Fredrik Andersson as lead guitar player. As of January 2011, the band is working on new songs that are in the vein of the band's roots and early work. Read more on Last.fm.
