Cintecele Diavolui
Cintecele Diavolui was a side project of Mortiis. The name is Romanian for "Songs of the Devil" (although the correct form is actually "cântecele diavolului") and was chosen for its meaning and how it sounded. Mortiis got the name from his girlfriend at the time the project was formed.
The project's only album, "The Devil's Songs", is a bizzare mix of old-fashioned horror music and creepy vampire songs. It was composed using synthesizers, much like Mortiis' earlier Era 1 work.
Cintecele Diavolui was dissolved to make time for Mortiis' main project of the same name. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
