Clint Bajakian
Clint Bajakian is an American composer, musician, and sound editor, best known as one of the prime composers and sound designers for video game developer LucasArts from 1991 to 2000. While an employee of LucasArts, Bajakian, in conjunction with Michael Land and Peter McConnell, wrote music for a majority of LucasArts adventure games, such as Day of the Tentacle, Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge (as well as other installments of the same series), and Sam & Max Hit the Road. By himself, he composed the western score for Outlaws.
Born Clinton J. Bajakian in Concord, Massachusetts, he studied music from a very early age, learning to play piano, euphonium and later, guitar; he also played in several rock bands from 1977 to 1984. His formal music education began when he enrolled in the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, fulfilling a double-Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Theory and Classical Guitar Performance. He later earned a Masters of Music degree in Music Composition at The University of Michigan in 1991, and briefly performed orchestral music.
He was then first invited to work together with Michael Land and Peter McConnell at LucasArts, and would eventually accumulate years and years of experience in the video game music industry. After leaving LucasArts in 2000, he founded his own music and sound production company, C.B. Studios. Read more on Last.fm.
