Daniel Janin
Born in France to a musical family, Daniel Janin discovered jazz radio during the German occupation .
In 1957, Jean Nohain hired him for his first contract as a vibraphonist on a tour with Sim and the trio Raisner .
In 1958, Daniel Janin was hired as musical arranger and begins to attend the recording studio.
In September 1961 , after seeing him at the Olympia before his "big band" of seventeen young professional musicians, Bruno Merrick hired him for three weeks devoted to Johnny Hallyday .
Daniel Janin ultimately remains three years with his band in Merrick, where he accompanied several national and international artists: Jacques Brel , Gilbert Becaud , Dalida , Marlene Dietrich , The Beatles ...
After writing for large orchestra of Radio Television Suisse Romande and accompanied Georges Ulmer in Sweden and Norway , he became in 1975 responsible and musical arranger of the big circus "Knie" in Switzerland. He works with the family Bouglione , then with Alexis Gruss .
