Dezire
Dezire released their first album Gryź! (“Bite!”) in 2001, which was the first soul/rhythm and blues album released in Poland. Since then, they've gone through many changes. In 2005, Ania Rusowicz (daughter of singer Ada Rusowicz) joined Maja Studzińska (band founder) and 4 musicians, instead of Karolina Stelmasiak. Dezire returned with a new album called Pięć Smaków (“Five Flavors”) the same year.
Nowadays, Dezire consists of six, young people: Maja & Ania (vocals), Bartek (keys), Kosa (guitar), Burza (bass guitar) and Hubert (percussion). Together, they create and play music on the highest level and with the biggest passion. They’re not afraid of their originality.
Dezire’s music is soul/r’n’b, ‘live’ instruments with modern electronic creates unrepeatable atmosphere – sensual stylization with plenty of expression. Band’s repertoire is very varied. We can hear there tracks from aggressive songs through pathetic ballads to break, club rhythms, everything "seasoned" by spicy, girls' vocals. Read more on Last.fm.
