Diamond Reo
(Not to be confused with the country band Diamond Rio)
Diamond Reo was a rock band from Pittsburgh, PA, formed in 1974, consisting of members Franki Czuri, Bubs McKeg, Norman Nardini, Robbie Johns, and later Warren King. They released three albums, their self-titled debut Diamond Reo in 1975, Dirty Diamonds in 1976, and Ruff Cuts in 1978. Their debut album produces one midchart hit, a cover of Marvin Gaye's Ain't That Peculiar. Following their breakup in 1978, Czuri and King went on to form The Silencers, and Nardini formed Norm Nardini and the Tigers. Read more on Last.fm.
