Disco Volante
There are four bands called Disco Volante.
The first was the 80's electropop group, led by Terry Tanx, which released their first single in 1984 entitled "No Motion" c/w "Click" & "Punishment Tank" (Live Track), this was followed up in 2015 by the Space and Time EP which included the title track Space and Time and a cover to the Marc Bolan classic Get it On (Bang a Gong).
The second was formed in 1994 by Russel Coultart & Lawrence Cook, creating Goa / Psytrance.
Another Disco Volante is a punk rock band from Sweden formed in 2000. In 2002 the band released their debut single "Penis Envy" which included the tracks Pocket Cock and Big Dick Hans. The second single "Distort The South" where released in january 2004. In 2005 the band released their first album "Blood on the Walls" on their own label DVC Records.
The final group is a post-punk band from Portland Oregon. Formed in 2014 by Portland State University students, Joel Buckle and Thomas Guerena along with Jordan Dardis and Jayme Rogers, Disco Volante released their self-titled Demo/EP in 2016. Each song is a full band take, tracked live at the Hallowed Halls in Portland, Oregon. Their song 'Sussex' was featured on the 2017 PDX Pop Now!
