Elisa Fiorillo
Elisa Fiorillo is a singer who was born in 28 February 1969. Her father was a classical-pianist who was under the guidance of Vladimir Horowitz. Her background is vast it includes German, Italian, Irish and Cherokee. She also has three bothers.
At 15 she won the 1985 Star Search talent show. Her first singles You Don't Know and Who Found Who were produced by John "Jellybean" Benitez -- the latter released as Jellybean Featuring Elisa Fiorillo, leading up to the self-titled 1987 debut album. Her second album I Am was co-written by Prince and recorded in part at Paisley Park studios. She later did backup singing for Prince and was for a long time part of The New Power Generation.
She has done backup singing for Savage Garden on the Superstars and Cannonballs tour. As a lead singer, she has appeared on "Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater" singing "Don't Be Afraid".
As well as singing she has also directed a few tv-series. The 2001 "Mahô shôjo neko Taruto" as well as the 2002 tv-series "Mao Dante". She also voices the parts (english) of Ayamo Nakamura in the 2003 tv-series "Stratos 4". She voices a part in "Stella Deus: The Gate of Eternity" as well.
