Fifty Foot Combo
FIFTY FOOT COMBO: Kings of THE MONSTROPHONIC SOUND since 1994.
The story of Fifty Foot Combo is quite unique for a band from Gent, Belgium.
This mainly instrumental, infectious fuzz-surf band is thrillingly hot and exciting at the same time. Although they are an underground band, they have a very large and true fanbase. Fifty Foot Combo is one of Belgiums five hottest live acts! The band was so popular that they toured constantly and in 2006 they announced their split-up. They were tired and most of it's band members were up for a new challenge.
After being away for a few years, the band decided to perform again in 2012. They can be seen live on stage in Belgium and the Netherlands, though they do not play more then two or three times a year.
2014 is the year Fifty Foot Combo celebrates it's 20th birthday.
With 5 albums up their sleeve, not having released anything since 2004, Fifty Foot Combo is releasing a 7" vinyl in march 2014 due to their 20 year anniversary. One of their new songs is a collaboration with Reverend Beat-Man.
