1) Forma originates from Warsaw School of Architecture (WAPW), where three students found their musical path together back in 2004. Our approach at the beggining was to gain as much as we can from a power-trio lineup, exploring the music and moreover exploring ourselves and to avoid a mind-set in a particular choice of style. Year 2005 was our musicians' homework because we had a lot to learn and still we do. As the work upon our original stuff and abilities went on well, in spring of 2006 we started the recording of what later materialized under the name of "MMMM" EP. It was a struggle to find that sound which would fit our creativity best, though it seemed impossible due to homerecording circumstances. Four songs among some urban sounds backround captured the span of our expression and inspirations at that point in time. Now, it appears to us that Forma is surely gonna move on along the way of musical maturity and there is much to say in languages that differ from music, for example video art and graphics, yet we will constantly roam around the borderland of alt rock, jazz, metal and ambient crossing it all together in our unique way. This is a band that fears no genre or audience.
2) Experimental artist consisting of Ant Weiss and Junkin. Have a track on 'Tel Aviv Aftermath' compilation. It's an electrosonic project dealing with noise, glitch and microsound aesthetics. ant sees this “unwanted” sound produced by man-made apparata as a manifestation of an alternative reality that lies beyond the everyday, a reality which can’t be grasped intellectually. forma’s goal is to find the connection between this new post-digital esoterics and the traditional mystica of acoustic, ritual, ethnic instruments.
3) FORMA is a minimal synth-rock trio from Brooklyn, New York. Mark Dwinell (Nonloc, Bright) and Sophie Lam play electric organ, monosynths, electric monochords, accompanied by George Bennett on drums.

5) That happened over 15 years ago when two producers and DJs Michal Princ and Robert Pivoda met. During their career these DJs played at various events and places from major Czech, Slovak and Poland music festivals to events dedicated to downtempo/electronic subgenre. This duo was addressed by a Polish promoter who wanted to introduce a Czech film in Poland as a part of Czech-Polish cooperation programme. He invited FORMA to create a soundtrack for an iconic Czech silent film EROTIKON by a director Gustav Machatý. After a great success in Biyalistok (PL) the DJs decided to recreate the project in a more acoustic form and invited drummer Viktor Dořičák, guitarist František Kuča, cellist Terezie Kovalová and saxophonist Marcela Kučová. Three months later the transformed FORMA opened the 12th annual international Festival of silent film in Krakow (PL) with the new form of this project. Immediately after this event reviewers and promoters included this piece into a programme of Projekt 100 (the 17th annual touring show of outstanding works of world cinema) as a part of which EROTIKON was showed 72 times. In April 2011 FORMA vs. EROTIKON opened the international festival of electronic music Sperm 2011, in June the project was invited to the Czech street party in Brussels and to one of the highlights belong also the celebration of releasing an EP Earotikon* at the Summer Film School in Uherské Hradiště.
