Gangstalicious
Gangstalicious (voiced by Mos Def) is a fictional homosexual gangsta rapper from New West Manchester, Delaware set in the storyline of the popular Adult Swim TV Show "The Boondocks."
He appeared in Season 1 immersed in a feud with rival Eat Dirt. His first major hit "Thuggin' Love" catapulted him to his first successful hit. Gangstalicious was charged with assault where his single "Play it for the Jury" was used as evidence against him. During a concert promoting his single "I Got Shot" he was actually shot. After ending up in the hospital, he is pursued by an ex-lover and nearly killed.
In season 2, he reappears with the track "Homies over Hoes" with a cross promotion of his own clothing line. When memoirs are published revealing his homosexuality to the world, he is shunned by The Lethal Interjection Crew who was set to record a remix of the smash hit "Homies Over Hoes".
