1). Hardwire originally formed in 1999 by: Mike Marsh and Ryan Hutman. Hardwire has created and refined a unique sound of their own heavily influenced by bands such as: KMFDM, Rammstein, Die Krupps, Ministry, Hanzel und Gretyl and Fear Factory. The band has played venues throughout the Phoenix underground and cities across the U.S. with such acts as: Spetsnaz, VNV Nation, My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult, Obscenity Trial, Slick Idiot, Imperative Reaction, Ikonoklast, Everything Goes Cold, Hanzel und Gretyl, Otto's Daughter, Alter Der Ruine, Lenny Dee and The Strand. Hardwire scored the music for the motion pictures, "The Great American Snuff Film" and "Death of a Ghost Hunter". Revised in 2006, Xiån Austin (formerly of Alter Der Ruine) joins Hardwire on Drums and Synths, and Jonah Foree of Ikonoklast joins on Guitar making the lineup as it is today. Hardwire signed to Glow:Room Records in 2008 and released an EP/Remix album titled "KONFLICT" and features brand new material and remixes by: Die Krupps, Angelspit, X-Fusion, En Esch of Slick Idiot, Collapsed System, Kreign, Caustic and C/A/T. Hardwire is currently in the studio working on their upcoming full-length release due early summer of 2009 with a US tour to follow in September/October.
2). Hardwire is a Big Beat group on Kingsize label from the UK which releases Tech House and Breaks (Freddy Fresh, Meat Katie, Disco Assassins, etc.). Their single "Rock Right" is the most commonly played single by DJ Freddy Fresh who signed on the same label later on. They have released Fused, a 24-track album in 2001. Read more on Last.fm.
