Hermann H. & The Pacemakers
Hermann H. & The Pacemakers is a rock band formed in 1997. The members of the original lineup were all members of the music circle at Keio University in Tokyo, Japan. After having their first mini-album HEAVY FITNESS released by Warner Indies Network in October, 1999 the band went on to record a number of successful releases, before ceasing activities in March, 2005. After the band ceased activities, most of the members continued to work in entertainment, with front man 岡本洋平 (yoheyOKAMOTO) launching his solo career. Having gotten together again to perform a one-night only live show earlier that year, the band announced that they would resume activities in June, 2012. The band has yet to release any new material after reforming.
