Hieronymus
Hieronymus is the name of at least 2 different artists.
1) Oxford band, Hieronymus release their second full-length album, `Save the Day' on 16th November, 2006. Three years in the making it's full of twists and turns with an eclectic mixture of folk, indie, jazz and country but firmly beating at its core is its pop heart.
'Save the day' was recorded in two studios in Oxford, UK over the last three years. This new album sees the band doing what they do best. Melodic pop with a twist. You'll still see flashes of electronica ('Sad' and 'Forgive') and grinding guitar ('Windy in the Cellar') but for much of the album they get back to their roots. With lyrics sharp and sometimes bitter and twisted they want you to sit comfortably but ... maybe not for too long.
2) Hieronymus is also the name of a of a dub techno producer releasing tracks on Danish netlabel Kyoto Digital. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
