Imada
Imada is the soundtrack to that South American holiday you've been promising yourself for years.
Paying homage to the captivating sounds of Brazil, Imada are influenced by percussive, samba rhythms & melodies which form the basis for the album’s sound. The music blends lounge, chill, house, jazz and Latin with Brazilian and Afro-Cuban injections – comparable to a Latin-flavored Moby.
Each track blends subtly into the next with the pace dropping off from time to time for those of you feeling the heat - a beautifully crafted listening and dancing experience from start to finish.
A couple of tracks have already been used in famous compilations, movie scores, and even chosen for the next 2008 marketing campaign of the new CHANEL collection worldwide, which will be available on their website, in all points of sales, TV presentations, mobile phone advertising and specialized marketing press.
The Imada double-CD package includes two albums: Playground Do Brazil and Wild Tapes From Bahia. The double-CD package will be in-stores July 17th, 2007 and online from iTunes and other major online music distributors August 21st, 2007. Read more on Last.fm.
