Knauskoret
Knauskoret is a mixed choir from the Student Union in Trondheim, Norway. They were established in 1975 as a sub-group of the choirs TSS and TKS, which are the male and female student choirs in Trondheim, respectively. Traditionally Knauskoret makes their own arrangements to both well known and less known jazz, pop or rock melodies. Knauskoret releases a new concept cd every second year, documenting their performances at the student festival UKA (www.uka.no). To date Knauskoret has released seven albums, five of which are still available for purchase. Knauskoret has a reputation of singing very well live, and gives concerts once or twice every semester. In their native Trondheim they are easily recognized by their trademark striped trousers and black blazers. Read more on Last.fm.
