Lead Hands
Lead Hands (formerly known as Decoder) is an American post-hardcore band, formed in 2010 and brought together by former members that made-up the bands VersaEmerge, Oceana, and Of Machines. They are currently signed to Rise Records and have released one album through the label. The group casually perform a mellow and slow tempoed post-rock and ambient-influenced sound coupled with screamed vocals and heavy percussion, giving the group a sound unlike most other in their genre.
On March 1, 2012, the band changed their name from Decoder to Lead Hands, settling a a lawsuit of the group's original name due to member changes.
