Lifestory:Monologue
Based out of Guelph, Ontario, the six members were raised on the music Thrice, Thursday and mewithoutYou. Their passion on stage has earned them gigs with the likes of Fucked Up, Attack in Black, The Reason, and Living With Lions and helped them stand out at major industry showcases like Canadian Music Week, S.C.E.N.E. Fest and Cornerstone Festival.
Vocalist, Richard Nuttall’s passionate and heartfelt lyrics fit naturally with the musically diverse compositions of the whole band. Writing as a collective and not it’s individual members, Lifestory has a knack for using their playful attitudes, passion for music and love for each other to create music compatible with a wide range of listeners – often converting an audience of skeptics into new fans.
Their new album, Drag Your White Fur -- Make it Grey is sure to fuel that frenzy. Produced by Kenny Bridges of Moneen the album exposes an older, wiser group, who still have the creativity to catch you completely off-guard. A preliminary EP from the same sessions with Bridges, The Thornberry EP was digitally released for a free download at the start of Summer 2011 to reward old fans and entice new ones during the summer touring months.
