Lola Kite
Lola Kite is a live electronica-synth-pop band formed in Amsterdam, Netherlands in 2007. Influenced by mainly 80s and 60s bands Lola Kite creates a sound that can be drowny, psychedelic and poppy at the same time using synthesizers, guitars, programmed drums and live percussion.
Until 2011, Lola's lineup consists of: Bram Vervaet, Jasper Verhulst and Keez Groenteman. In recording the second LP, Lola Kite hires producer and neo-psych Jacco Gardner for taking care of production. Both enjoy working together and they decide that Jacco will be the fourth band member.
Until the album is released, Lola Kite releases every single track as a video clip. Produced either by their new VJ Jeroen van der Heijden, the Breda Art Academy (Kunstacademie Breda), Moss-VJ Martijn Grootendorst and others.
As Jacco Gardner started working on his debut album Cabinet of Curiosities, which gained attention from all over Europe and the United States, Lola Kite seized to tour temporarily. Both Jasper Verhulst and Keez Groenteman are member of Jacco's live band. Read more on Last.fm.
