Their sound is said to be similar to R.E.M. Through a personal connection, the band met novelist Thomas Pynchon, who wrote the liner notes to their album "Nobody's Cool."
The band "Lotion" responsible for the tracks The Book Group, Pandora's Closet, Loathing, Exuro Terra, Undetermined, Beaufort Scale and Inside is an act from Northern Ireland currently signed to Tolerance.
