Medl4 (aka Medlfour) is a beat maker/producer hailing from the Sacramento region of CA. His production often blends thoughtful abstract trip hop styles with heavy drum emphasis & a jazzy yet haunting vibe on many of his records. Sample heavy textures layered over dusty kicks, colorful percussion & crisp snares makeup the structure for his current work.
Medl4 has worked with many vocal artists in his area as well as internationally on collaborations for The French touch connection a worldwide collective of beatmakers based out of France who have released 4 studio albums all featuring his music. He has been nominated for 2 Sammie awards, a local yearly event put on by the Sacramento news & review to showcase talent in the region.
