Maya Barsony
Maya Barsony was born in 1976. Her half brother is Arthur H. In 1993, she sang on the livre-CD, La chanson volée, with Piotr Barsony (her father) and the Bachibouzouk Band. In 1996 she sang with her first rock band, Riches et Pauvres. In 2000, she sang on another livre-CD, Tanbou, with Piotr Barsony, Edmony Krater and Jean-François Delfour. In 2001, her first solo album, Maya Barsony, was released by Inca records. In 2004, the Inca record label closed. The same year, she co-wrote (with her father) and sang on her third livre-CD, Papa porte une robe. In 2006, she signed with RCA. She sang the song "Fascination" for the 2007 film, La Vie En Rose (La Môme). She co-wrote her second solo album, Femme d'exterieur (2008), with Maxime Garoute and Johan Dalgaard.
