NIHAO?

Ni hao, though Chinese for "Good day", could also mean "you rat!" if said the wrong way. Perfectly aware of this, these 4 Berlin musicians started their band in 2008, based on the carrot-dangling-on-a-stick principle, in which their songs and concerts created a certain rollercoaster feeling, addressing everyone's soul.
Quickly making a name for themselves in the Berlin underground scene, they soon made appearances in clubs such as Knaack, or SO36. Traveling to cites such as Hamburg and Cologne, they supported acts such as Serum 114 or The Bottrops, and eventually gained foreign recognition.
Their debut album was released early in 2010 under the fitting name of "Aggroschlager" (aggro-hits/pop songs). These guys are simply amazing live, and that is their strength. Using the "more with less" motto, Nihao? impresses the most diverse fan-base, from punk to metal and emo to top-of-the-pops listeners.
Opposites continue to fascinate them, and thusly "Good morning, you rat!" in Chinese, and an "aggro-top-hits band" from Berlin are actually one in the same--NIHAO?
