Orbit
There are three groups that share the name Orbit:
Orbit was an alternative rock band from Massachusetts who existed during the 1990's and early 2000's and headed by Jeff Robbins. After forming in the early 90s, the group began playing shows on the east coast, building enough of a buzz to attract the attention of major label A&M records, who released their 1996 debut LP "Libido Speedway". The album spawned the single "Medicine", which received modest radio and video play. The band toured the festival circuit nationally in support of the record, but eventually were dropped by A&M. The band formed their own independent record label, Lunch Records, and released their sophomore record "XLR8R" on it in 2001, but disbanded shortly thereafter. www.orbitband.com
