Palio SuperSpeed Donkey
Palio Superspeed Donkey is an indie rockband from Amsterdam, The Netherlands, formed in 2011 by guitarist and songwriter Willem Smit and singer and guitarist Sam Vermeulen. Soon they were joined by schoolmates Ruben van Weegberg (bass) and Camiel Muiser (drums). Among their influences are bands like Arctic Monkeys, Pixies, Pavement and Dinosaur Jr.
In 2012 Palio Superspeed Donkey released their first EP, Wateramp EP, followed in 2015 by their first full-length outing, entitled A Funny Sunrise.
