Peer Kusiv
Peer Kusiv is a music producer from the far north of Germany. Even as a young boy, he developed a great interest in different music styles - be it classical or jazz, pop or stampede 90s techno - the still young artist can be inspired by various influences. A short time later Peer Kusiv starts playing the piano. He is tied up by the early German hip hop and begins to improvise his own songs.
At the age of twelve, he comes into contact with the music production for the first time, and it immediately provokes a passion in him. Over the years, a small studio has been set up - more and more professional.
The music produced in his own productions also changes. The many years of hip hop beats are over and Peer Kusiv is developing more and more towards electronic music. He mixes classical instruments with gloomy synthies and minimalistic drums. The pieces are becoming more and more danceable and he can draw full from his previous experiences.
When it comes to music production, Peer combines various music styles and develops them into new sound rugs. A mix of samples and self-recorded melodies is created. Peer's style becomes recognizable and makes him well known far beyond the borders of his home town Kiel. On his 2012 debut album "natur & techno", this diversity is clearly felt - and it always inspires you to swing the dance leg. Read more on Last.fm.
