Pink Noisy
Pink Noisy (born George Kartsakis in Greece in May 1982) is a Greek composer, musician and music producer. He started to study music at the age of 10, but soon he realized that his love was not only about music but also about sound technology as part of his creation. With his first computer a Commodore Amiga and synthesizer-sequencer programs he had the chance to discover the electronic music field.
In a parallel way he was studying in conservatory and was influenced by classical music. Listening to electronic music from artists like Jean-Michael Jarre, gave him the opportunity to start his first musical compositions. He finished his studies on music theory (Harmony Counterpoint & Fugue) and also on music technology with scholarship after taking the first place in a Greek competition of "Composing Electronic Music" in 2005.
In 2007 he joined Unlove Recordings and made his first release, where he had the chance to show his abilities and face a wider audience. At that time he met Consoul Trainin who would support his work and co-operate with him later. Following productions with certain labels like: Energy Productions (D:Vision), Suma Records, Redstick Recordings, 17:44, PlanetWorks, George V Records, Sony Music.
Productions that stood out were "Angels Cry" in Consoul's Trainin remix which was supported by David Vendetta and was played on Radio FG (2008)
The track which gave the touch of Pink Noisy's style was Indigo and it had a quite success (even though it wasn't a mainstream track) on radio, television and djs.
Also, he had the honor to collaborate with the well known French singer and second finalist of French Star Academy Jeremy Amelin! Pink Noisy made for him two remixes of "What More" & "Oh Oh !" (2009 - 2010)
"Lost In Love" was original composed by Pink Noisy, with vocals and lyrics by GiorGio Sopidi. Released by "17:44 Recordings" with three remixes and it had a great feedback by Niels van Gogh, Carl Kennedy, Sebastien Lintz, Joachim Garraud, Micha Moor and more. (2010)
With Livin R he made a dance remake of the 90's hit "To The Moon" by Savage Garden and he released his first video clip. "I Can't Stop" was the follow up in the next year. (2010 - 2011). Additionally "En Ciel" was another track which released together in the collection "La Suite 8" by Alexandros Christopoulos. (2010)
Another successful co-operation with Consoul Trainin was the remake of "Tango To Evora" included in Buddha Bar Collection (Xiii Vol.13) Moreover, the track was utilised as the preview track of the compilation!
Pink Noisy has collaborated with other respected artists like: Huseyin Karadayi, Bartosz Brenes, Chris lawyer, Playmen, Andy Callister, Matisse, Harris Antoniou, Ketjak, Jozsef keller.
Pink Noisy has in his mind new projects for the future and essential collaborations. With the experience and the knowledge having acquired all this time, he can go a step further focusing on music, without being restricted in one specific style but with tracks which would have the possibility to stand out in a wider public and increase the production level of Greek artists in the global music scene!
