Quartus Saul
Fierce mechanical synths underly scintillating melodic licks with a ferocious source of supernatural energy describes Quartus Saul, one alias of 1991 born EDM Producer D. Gilbert Miller
Early 2009 this project was born out of the new dubstep movement still influenced by early Drum'nbass and French House he produced before. Quartus Saul added a whole new dimension of darkness and sinister harmonies underlined with playful melodies to his earlier sound. After being picked up by 2 Much Bass Records at the end of the same year he released his debut EP "Identity" which charted all contained Dubstep Tracks on the Beatport Top 100 out of nowhere. After touring Europe from Athens to London and Belgium and playing a festival in California his style changed in a more melodic and clubby sound which resulted in the on Play Me Records released Angels and Albatrosses EP. Charted pretty well again he startedgetting DJ support from names like Dodge & Fuski, Figure, Ajapai, xKore, Liquid Stranger, Mark Instinct, Helicopter Showdown and more he played quite a few shows through europe again and started focusing on the next EP pretty fast. "More Heroes" the homage to his earlier released track Superheroes which contained Remixes of his favorite artists was born. Charting his first #1 with the Twist Remix on Glitch Hop he will tour through europe and a few shows in California again. Also being involved in many other projects he is preparing Wonderland Single which will be release with an official music video spring 2012. Read more on Last.fm.
