Sensation White
Sensation White is an annual dancing event, held in the Amsterdam Arena every first Saturday of July since 2000. ID&T, the company that organizes the event, claim it is the "World's leading dance event" with 40,000 people attending a single show.
During the event, DJs produce music, and attendees (typically dressed in white clothing) dance to the music. The venue has elaborate lighting, fireworks and other visual effects.
In 2000 and 2001 the event was just called 'Sensation.' In 2002, the event was split up two editions: White, mainly featuring trance music, while Sensation Black features hardcore and hardstyle music.
In 2005, Sensation White was also held in Belgium and Germany.
In 2006 (28.X.2006) Sensation will be part of the night in Poland: Sensation Polen - The White Edition (Breslau, Ludowa Hall)
Each year, ID&T sells an album and a single containing that year's anthem for each edition. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
