2. Sian was the name of a collaboration between Akifumi Nakajima (Aube) and Shohei Iwasaki (Monde Bruits). The collaboration released two full-length albums, two splits, and a single between 1994 and 1999 on labels such as Alien8 Recordings, Manifold Records, and Korm Plastics. While they never officially disbanded, Iwasaki's 2005 death in a motorcycle accident and Nakajima's 2013 lung-related has effectively ended the band. Read more on Last.fm.
