Stretch Money
Stretch Money is a rapper from Detroit, Michigan signed to Hot Lava Records.
Stretch Money's debut album "Take's Money To Make Money" was released in 2006 and produced the single " It Take's Money To Make Money " which was in heavy rotation on local stations such as HOT 102.7 and 97.9 WJLB. As well as releasing a mixtape title "Heat Rocks" through his offical website it wouldn't take long for Stretch Money to get noticed.
In 2007-2008 Stretch Money joined a group of other local rappers signed to the same label named East Nine Four Boys. With Hot Lava's leader Crane Novacane finally getting his label off the ground he was hit some legal trouble which caused the promotion for the mixtape "The Eruption" to recieve little promotion.
This caused Stretch Money to hold off on his second album release and started to go on features with other local Detroit artist's such as K-Doe aka K-Deezy, Tone Tone, Big Herk & Helluva.
In 2009 Crane Novacane was released in which we saw Stretch Money's mixtape "The Punishment" which featured some of his East Nine Four Boys crew, T. Dot Raines, Street Lord Juan & Short Dawg and is excepted to drop an album late 2009/ early 2010. Read more on Last.fm.
