1) Tete was born in Buenos Aires, is an Argentine singer write composer, son of Italian father and Spanish mother. His first passages in music were when he was very young, his older brother integrated a rock band, some day he left without drummer, and Tete with only 7 years old took the place of that member, from that left the way clear to follow, At the age of 14 years went to live to Miami, place in where has been living all his family on maternal part since 40 years, there it went where really it began to become jumbled in the artistic world at another level, working in diverse places like in the WQBA of Miami, and I interpret diverse papers in musical comedies, as much Latin productions as Spanish Co-productions. This as much leave in its music the Latin influence of the Caribbean like the Spanish and Argentina, giving him a very particular style. In 1999 Tete sign with a Indie Label of Buenos Aires record 3 songs between 1999 and 2002. In 2003 Tete launch the first single of “Ya no tengo prisa”, that it was included in the promotion CD with the same name, this Album contains only compositions made it by him. This single reach the first positions of general charts of Argentina and Uruguay (Countries in where it was launched) becoming in a hit. In December of 2004 Tete launch his second single titled “Sin ti”, this song enter in the official aiplay charts of Argentina, Paraguay y Uruguay.
In 2006 Tete launch a new studio album "La imagen es a modo ilustrativo" in all latin America included USA and Spain.
2) TeTe, is the solo project of South Korean Lim Tae-hyuk (태혁), bassist in the post-punk band Telepathy and former bassist of Nastyona, a Korean indie rock band inspired by Portishead and Bjork. Romantico, his first project album, was released in 2011.
A second album, Eclipse, was released in 2012 and featured guests 한희정 and Fromm.
3) Tête is a female band from LA, USA. Besides resumés from playing in various art-rock bands around Los Angeles, members of the new quartet TÊTE say they share a mutual love of metal, reverb, drone, art, wolves and Gummi Worms. Their first song might boast a sonic kinship with all but the Gummi Worms. There’s nothing sweet about “Good Luck,” a sinister 4 1/2 minutes of distorted desperation that immediately makes TÊTE contenders for your new favorite Goth girls. The band features the talents of Amberlie Bankoff and Kimi Recor (two of the “dark angels” in Black Flamingo, with Recor having gone on to make music as Draemings), Jacquelinne Cingolani (of Darklands, fka Spirit Vine) and Rachel Fannan (Only You). “Good Luck,” out next week, is the first in a string of singles coming out on Manimal Vinyl, all recorded with Joel Jerome (Joel Morales of Dios). Darth Vader’s answer to Warpaint? Something like that.
