The RGBs
This hi-energy London electro four piece throw out enough energy to power a small country. Listing their influences as Salt’n’Pepa, Grandmaster Flash, PattiSmith and Le Tigre, there’s something for most people in their set, and if that fails, let’s just say this – they don’t wear a lot. With a front woman compared to ‘Mad Lizzie on acid’ (lycra clad GMTV aerobic nutcase circa 1990) three part harmony throughout, bootie shaking from the backing singers, and even a good looking French drummer boy at the back, they have been tearing through London and the rest of Europe for the last year looking for the ultimate onstage high and experimenting with some of the coolest producers, old and new, in London. Latest news is lead singer Saint Saviour is collaborating with Groove on their new album, having already co written and appeared on their most recent EP, with 'Go' and 'Drop the Tough'. The band will be appearing at Lovebox this year and hopefully going a bit further towards this ever hovering but never quite tangible record deal!
