There is more than one band with the name Tours.
1. Tours were a short-lived punk mod band from Poole, England. They released two singles in 1979: "Language School" b/w "Foreign Girls," and "Tourist Information" b/w "You Know." Tours two songwriters went their different ways following the band's breakup. Ronnie Mayor went on to have a short solo career, first as Da Biz, later as Ronnie Mayor. Richard Mazda intially carried on working with Virgin Records recording under the name Cosmetics . He released one single on Virgin in 1980 "Guilt" b/w "Something Happened." Mazda then joined Miles Copeland's IRS Records as both an Artist and Record Producer. One of his best known productions from this time is "Mexican Radio" b/w "There's Nothing on This Side." for Wall of Voodoo
