Trus'me
Hailing from Manchester in the north of England, David James Wolstencroft aka Trus’me, grew up surrounded by the city’s rich musical heritage. As a DJ he plays with diversity, a style that comes across in his production work. Giles Peterson chose the track Narda on his "Best of 2007". Giles said of the record: "If there was ever a house record made for me, it would sound like this." In 2008 the Prime Numbers imprint launched in collaboration with Fat City Recordings, providing an outlet for Trus’me and other likeminded artists. Trus'me’s second album was released in 2008 featuring guest appearances from Amp Fiddler and Paul Randolph. He’s also produced an exclusive track for Giles Peterson’s “In The House” compilation on Defected, as well as working on various remix projects including LCD Soundsystem.
