Twrch Trwyth
Twrch Trwyth was and sometimes is the experimental project of Heresiarh’s keyboard player Morgueldar Dragonseye (alias Greve Gollum), started sometime at the end of the previous millennium with the name Lysergic Acid Dragons (later - Umwrhwndshngh, then this). Inspired by the endeavours of allied Latvian underground noise-musick mediators Antireality, Syndrome and Biovaseline, Count Gollum operated within the virtually unlimited confines of the self-defined generea of stoner electronics and fantasy noise, and released a highly cult demo-cd in 2000, called Brave Old Worlde (2000 Elfstoned Records/cs2000 Irrlichter Records/cdr2001 Ixtlan Industries), which was improvised and recorded almost overnight. The only other proper Twrch Trwyth album is the minimalistic Stellarmagic demo (2001, church of mono sound), entirely devoted to the pre-solar cosmology of J.R.R. Tolkien's "The Silmarillion". Apart from those, a handful of individual tracks, featured on various compilations, and an unreleased EP (Weedmagick) exist. You can hear or download all available sounds here or at http://gollums.draugiem.lv and some at myspace.com/antiapokalypse also fts
