2) Vista is a UK-based electronic music duo consisting of producer/programmer Roger Allen and vocalist Julie Newman-Sanders. This is the band that is available to play via last.fm.
3) VISTA was formed in late 2003 near Philadelphia. The Newman brothers started the band because the timing was great and they were eager to work together on an original project. Chris and Mike joined the band about a month later excited about the possibilities. Several months later, the Newman brothers stumbled upon Andrew singing in a small coffee shop near Philadelphia, and they immediately asked Andrew to join the band to complete the lineup. After four months and many late-night writing sessions, the band hit the scene in September 2004 in Philadelphia.
Fueled by a unique energy, VISTA captured their audience with soaring vocals and a psychedelic blend of guitar and keyboard melodies being held together by a hard-hitting rhythm section. Mesmerizing their audience with their highly energetic live show, VISTA is a band that will keep you coming back for more.
VISTA put together their demo/EP in October 2004 and released it nationally, but the band knew they needed to find the means to create their full-length album. In February 2005, the band started laying down the tracks to their debut album, “Waterfall”, which took the band a year to finish
