Aşkın Nur Yengi
Aşkın Nur Yengi (b. 1970) is a Turkish popular singer, musician, and actress.
Yengi was born on the 3rd July 1970 in Istanbul. After completing her degree in 'cello at the State Conservatory of Turkish Music, she was employed as a vocalist by Sezen Aksu, one of the leading Turkish pop singers.
Her album Sevgiliye sold two million copies in 1990, and before that she had been awarded the first prize at the Kuşadası Altın Güvercin Song Contest (1987) with the song "Yeniden", at the Antalya Altın Portakal Film Festival (1998) with the song "Portakal Çiçeği", and at the Çeşme Music Festival (1989) with the song "Artık Hiç Ağlama".
