Riding Alone for Thousands of Miles
Riding Alone for Thousands of Miles is a post-rock band from New Brunswick, New Jersey. Their name is taken from a 2005 Chinese film by the same name. Their songs are all instrumental with the only vocals coming from various field recordings and samples. They are an eleven-piece band that consists of 5 guitars, bass, drums, violin, cello, piano, bells and a harp. Their musical compositions are usually experimental and change drastically in style over the course of each song. In early 2008, Riding Alone For Thousands of Miles self released an album entitled A Boldogság Minden Reményét Elragadták.
